We are a small farm on the fringes of Delhi growing vegetables, edible flowers, microgreens and making preserves. The farm is managed using traditional techniques and sustainable means that reap us produce that is par excellence.
This initiative was started by Achintya Anand; a graduate of Le Cordon Blue, Adelaide and International Culinary Centre, New York, with a background of International Restaurant Management and Classic Culinary Art respectively. Founded in September 2014, it has been a constant learning cycle, growing year on year.
